The Lofoten Tourist Enterprises was established in 1987, in the far North, on Lofoten, an archipelago of islands off the coast of Norway. The company was set up by two local enthusiasts from Norway and Great Britain, whose primary aim was to work towards a balanced development of the tourist trade combined with a proper contribution to the region and the local community.

In 2006, the brand was taken over by young enthusiasts, who successfully continue the activity of the previous owners, concentrating mainly on tour operation. Having as a background the many years of experience of the company on the one hand and appropriate training on the other we have set off in a new direction of development. For some years now, LTE has been organizing incentive tours and conferences on the Lofoten Islands.The nature and environment, wild, exotic and varied in all its aspects, as well as rich culture and the tradition of cod-fishing on the Lofoten give a basis for many branches of tourism.
A deep knowledge of the geography, culture and the inhabitants of the region, as well as a vast network of contacts with the local entrepreneurs have helped us to design an offer which will definitely satisfy the needs of the most demanding customer. Thanks to our continuous presence on the Lofoten, our customers have the opportunity to visit the islands any time of the year, not infrequently outside the tourist season, which gives them a chance of deeper experience.
